Our Membership Packages

We accept cash, check, Zelle and Venmo.

Memberships and A La Carte rates are for time required to complete requested services, including all travel time & correspondence. Any other charges incurred by a client's request (for example, cost of supply materials, parking fees, other miscellaneous expenses, etc.) will be billed directly to the client for reimbursement.

All services are prepaid. Memberships are billed on the 1st of each month.

For monthly membership packages, an update and recap of the remaining service hours will be sent on a weekly basis.

A La Carte services are $55/ per errand/ per hour, with a 2 hour minimum.

$50 additional fee for expedited day-of requests or for services outside of business hours

Cancellation Policy: 

We require a 24-hour notice of cancellation or to reschedule.

Because we reserve a time especially for you, please make any schedule changes at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid incurring a late cancellation fee equal to 1 hour of service.

All rates are subject to Hawaii State General Excise Tax.
